In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform Website users about the processing of their personal data.
2. Purpose of Processing#
The personal data provided by the User through the Website’s contact form will be processed for the following purposes:
- To handle and manage inquiries, requests for information or quotes submitted through the contact form.
- To respond to communications sent by the User to the company.
- To maintain, where applicable, the business or pre-contractual relationship arising from the inquiry.
No automated decisions will be made, nor will profiles be created, using the data provided.
3. Legal Basis#
The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent of the data subject, given by checking the corresponding acceptance box and submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a GDPR), as well as, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Data Processed#
Through the contact form, only the data the User voluntarily chooses to provide is collected, which may generally include: first name, last name, email address, phone number and the content of the message sent. No special categories of data are requested, and the User is advised not to include sensitive information in the message that is not necessary to handle their inquiry.
5. Data Retention#
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or request made and, subsequently, for the legally applicable limitation periods, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients and Disclosures#
REDFORCE SECURITY, S.L. does not transfer or disclose users’ personal data to third parties, except where legally required. Should there be providers who, acting as data processors, have access to the data (for example, web hosting providers or email tools), such access will be governed by the corresponding data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
7. International Transfers#
As a general rule, no international transfers of data take place outside the European Economic Area. Should such a transfer become necessary due to the nature of a particular service provider used, it will be carried out ensuring an adequate level of protection in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the GDPR.
8. Rights of Data Subjects#
The User may exercise the following rights in relation to their personal data:
- Right of access to their personal data.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing.
- Right to withdraw consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
These rights may be exercised by sending a communication to the company’s registered address or to the email info@redforcesecurity.com, indicating the right to be exercised and attaching a copy of an identifying document.
The User also has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations.
9. Security Measures#
REDFORCE SECURITY, S.L. adopts the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR, in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access to, and theft of, the personal data provided.
10. Social Media#
REDFORCE SECURITY, S.L. has an official profile on the social network Instagram (@redforcesecurity), through which it disseminates informational and commercial content about its activity. The processing of personal data of users who interact with this profile (comments, direct messages, “likes”, follows) is governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of the platform itself (Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc.), which the User must review and accept independently when using that social network.
REDFORCE SECURITY, S.L. will only use the data it has access to through this profile (for example, messages received) to handle the inquiries or communications users send it, applying to such processing the same principles and rights set out in this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy#
REDFORCE SECURITY, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, as well as to industry practices. Users are advised to review it periodically.
